Can you build a team using just marshmallows and spaghetti? Team building is an important part of designing. The Spaghetti Marshmallow Challenge is a design thinking activity that emphasizes team building, prototyping, and testing. It will involve forming teams and competing to assemble the tallest freestanding structure in a given time period with set materials. After completing this session, participants will be able to understand the importance of a well-functioning team and apply the lessons they learned to their roles.
This activity lead by Ashley Laughlin of superabundantcreative.com is a hands-on exercise. Supplies will be provided. So you don't miss the fun, please arrive on time so we can start forming teams early.
