Topics covered will include an introduction to the patent system, how the patent system has struggled to adapt to developments in software and biotechnology, and the patentability of inventions created by AI or DAOs. No prior experience with patent law required.

Griffin Lee is an Intellectual Property Attorney at Griffin Lee Law. Clients rely on Griffin for guidance on all aspects of intellectual property including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and fashion law. His practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as with foreign patent applications.
