Join us for this multi-discipline event covering innovation topics including: LEAN, Product, Design, UX, and more. Career and professional advice to support the tech and innovation community will be offered. Everyone interested in learning, networking, sharing their experience and knowledge is welcome to attend.
Main Room will have various presentations throughout the day. Smaller side room(s) will have career advancement and development guidance, as well as resume reviews scheduled from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM.

Speaker — Amy Wenslow
Amy Wenslow is an international product expert who has worked with clients from two “Shark Tank” sharks. Over her career she has brought hundreds of products to market. One line sold over $300 million in 3 years on QVC. Another product had a $1.78 million first order from Walmart with only 1 piece of product in existence before the order. Clients consistently win awards and major sales with very little inventory. Amy, also, judges and coaches investment pitches for national investment contests.
Speaker — Chuck Chugumlung
Chuck is a multi-disciplinary Graphic Designer, Art Director & Creative Director with over 15 years of graphic design and animation experience. His expertise includes but is not limited to UI/UX design, branding, creative management, digital media, and 2d/3d motion graphics. Chuck has been recently having a growing interest in medical illustration and design for health and wellness related products and services.
Speaker — Neal Cabage
Strategic product leader with seventeen years of experience creating digital products and facilitating organizational alignment through clarity of purpose & objective-based planning. Customer-focused, data-centric, and technically proficient. Founded the Product Managers Association of Los Angeles (PMA.LA). Founded, bootstrapped, and sold two online startups. Authored the book, The Smarter Startup (Pearson/NewRiders). Currently leading a team of Product Managers for a major online retailer.
Speaker — Miles Gordenker
Miles went from developer to product manager, and hungers for difficult problems in the routing, AI, and data science spaces. His quest for fresh challenges took him from the Fortune 100, to tiny Series A startups- and everywhere in between. Most recently, he led the development of a brand new routing API at Series B company with a team of 5 PhDs. Currently the Senior PM for Data Science, Routing, and Optimization at ServiceTitan (Forbes Next Billion Dollar Startup 2017).
