ADP is the largest provider of HR services in North America, Europe, Latin America and the Pacific Rim. In August 2015, ADP opened their Innovation Center in Pasadena which employs 400 people supporting software and services in payroll compliance. ADP pays approximately 1 in 6 Americans, or 20% of the US workforce. The ADP Pasadena office employees focus on software development including user experience designers, software engineers and product and program management.
