Nature + Technology = Art. An evening of video projection and contemporary art that explore the intersection of art, technology and the natural world.
A group of acclaimed contemporary artists have been invited to project their work onto the landscape of one of Los Angeles’ most beloved public gardens. With themes as diverse as butterfly camouflage, botanical colonialism, bird songs & heavy metal, pinhole cameras and inter-active digital wildflowers these installations illuminate the unprecedented ecological and technological shifts that are remaking our world.

Artists will be at the Arboretum for opening night Wednesday February 27th. Digital Nature is funded by the National Endowment for the Arts and curated by Shirley Alexandra Watts.
