In this live interview, Giovanni, Andreas, and Aleksandar will discuss how TEAMS Design adapted to a distributed remote product development model and what changes brought by 2020 are here to stay.
Andreas Bell is President at TEAMS Design USA. He has spent two decades pursuing a passion for industrial design. From consumer level kitchen wares to public transportation vehicles, his team-leading abilities have helped numerous projects achieve success across the globe. He continues to build on his expertise—focusing on material, process, and sustainability—to better meet the demands of future markets and the clients he serves.
Aleksandar Mikan is Executive Director and Partner at TEAMS Design, Belgrade. Over his 14 year career at TEAMS, Aleksandar has worked extensively with both the engineering and industrial design teams and has often been the liaison between the two. He has developed a dynamic range of products for companies such as Bosch, Skil, and Intel just to name a few.
Giovanni Salinas is the Product Development Engineer at Supplyframe DesignLab. He has designed and developed hundreds of products, including consumer electronics, kitchenware, and urban furniture for a number of global markets. At DesignLab, Giovanni manages interdisciplinary engineering teams and develops hardware products. Through his experience he has honed his expertise in rapid prototyping and DFM in a variety of materials.
