Business Launch Pad – What You Need to Know (part 2)

Event Details

This TWO part series covers the fundamentals to start and grow a business. It is ideal for the new business owner as well as existing companies.

The format is structured to provide a business checklist, identifying areas that need to be addressed.

After each session you will receive a handout with additional resources. You will also receive an invitation to schedule a private consultation to review your individual business.

The workshop and consultations are at no charge to the business owners. This program is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Part 2 Financial Forecasting, Accounting and Management

What is covered:

A) Financial Forecasting for startup or growth

B) Types of financing options available

C) Managing cash flow requirements

D) Determining the financial health

Time Period: 60 minute presentation
