Leslie Swanson works as a consultant in the areas of organizational development and executive coaching. In addition, she is an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University where she teaches in the graduate MBA and Psychology departments.
She specializes in change management, team building and leadership development.
Swanson just returned from working and living for 22 years in Singapore and Malaysia. In Asia, she held positions as Organizational Development Leader (Merck, Sharp & Dohme), and regional Senior Consultant (The Gallup Organization & William M.
